Does SOL applies to OC

I have a few chargeoff account that has it's SOL run out. But they have been not sold account to any CA yet. Not that I have seen them in my credit report.
I am planning to send the OC WhyChat's SOL letter and then send CRA the Deletion Request for SOL letter. My question is will this SOL deletion work for OC? Thanks
