Actually, she could have started clean-up about 60 days after her discharge, so get crackin' now ;)

Go thru the reports and anything that does NOT show as 'included in bankruptcy' for debts that WERE included, you dispute those to get the IIB notation correct. ALL of the discharged debts should be showing a ZERO balance and "IIB". Anything else is incorrect and you dispute it as such.

Late pay histories can stay, but the BK must be showing and there should be NO charge-offs showing AFTER the date of discharge.

Also make sure that the dates for the bankruptcy are correct.

There should be NO collections showing post-bankruptcy for a discharged debt.
