thanks alot for the info. the OC is also reporting they have reported twice for the same acct same dla 4/98. i have not heard at all from pallisades just saw they had hit my acct in 5/02 and that it was open under dla. i went on why chat website and didn't see any letter about "obsolete dispute" could you please give me an example?i live in california. separate issue:does to opt out just mean i don't want to receive pre approved cc's? sorry if that seems stupid but i don't know. your web site is great and much appreciated
