Ok it has been 1 year to this month since my discharge. I have been in past 3 months disputing and readjusting some of my debt that has or needed to be added to bk that creditors havent reported correctly. I was wanting to reestablish credit but was wondering a couple of things::
1. What type of credit rating I could get with a bk on my history?
2. What should be my next steps to bring my credit rating up to a better standing and when should I start?
3. I saw a company called Lexington Law Firm stating they have deleted Bankruptcies and other negative items. How can they delete a bankruptcy I know about disputing just curious on how they do this and should this be something I look into? Sorry for all questions just wanting to make sure I am on right track. Thanks for your help
