oh, i am not sure where my old bills are...and Chase could not locate my old account number...they did not even find my SS# in their system. Chase could not give me info on Piedmont, either.

i got chase deleted from my experian and equifax credit reports (i was unsuccessful with transunion)

Claims Recovery Sys. also says they sent a certified letter to my new address and have a signed receipt for it (i never received one, and it was not me who signed it) but they refused to send me a copy of the receipt..so that makes me wonder if they *really* sent one. but if they did, i am more concerned with who is intercepting my mail rather than them filing suit.
