Hello. My name is Carol. This is the first time I am here, so I am not certain if this is he right place for this post. If not, please someone tell me where to go. I have just learned that when you use your credit card and it is maxed-out the merchant can force the charge through by not getting authorization. This is a major flaw in the credit laws. Does anyone know if there is a way to get these charges removed and where would I go to send an official protest against this part of the law? If possible please E-mail me at: carole5253@aol.com
