does to opt out mean i don't want to receive any pre approved credit offers? forgive ignorance but could you tell me the importance of opting out? and could you please give me an example of how i would write a request for deletion because the acct. is obsolete. dla of acct from OC is 4/98 Pallisades bought and reported it on 5/02. i would like if possible to have it removed. the one CO is being showed twice by OC and once by Pallisades. can i ask for deletion fromCRA's without having sent SOL letter to Pallisades? thanks so much i live in california.
