"Lady" would be correct about the "obsolete" date -EXCEPT the DOLA you are showing is from a collection agency, not the original creditor.

As I said, check your Experian report to see IF the OC is on it, and IF there is a removal date.

As to the "opt out"-- the CRA sells lists -- many "garbage" ca's buy them to place stale entries on reports with NO legitimate basis for ollection.
