Is this a case of ID theft? Do you KNOW whose name the credit card company has on the original application?

It is possible, if you know, or knew the person who took the card out that they put you on as AU wihout your knowledge or approval.

If so, and the card has defaulted, then there is nthing much you can do except fiie a complaint against that person for slander of your credit by fraudulently putting you on as AU with the intent to default and damage your credit.
