I also was dealing with Nextcard when they went bankrupt(well my husband not me).He stopped paying on that card because there were too many addresses and different names to send payments to. We were confused,and already over the limit with $s adding up quickly so we just stopped paying. Thats been about 6 months and the only thing we have recieved from them is a statement showing the balance. Just waiting to see what comes next. Not quite sure if they will try to bring a judgement against hubby or not. Its a waiting game!
