The bad news is that her BK does NOT wipe out your responsibility for the debts.

The good news is, you may be past the SOL in your State for being sued.

In addition, you MAY be able to get off the hook by requesting full validation of the account, including a copy of any agreement signed by you for any and all account changes in terms or conditions.
