Any idea where I can find a good letter for this kind of situation. Yes, they live in a community property state, but he did not 'sign her in'. she is not on his insurance, she is a 30+years old woman which makes her an adult. which in california allows you to enter into a consumer credit contract solely by your self. Except in the purchase of real estate where a quit claim is needed from your spouse. Is personal credit part of the community property?
