I have gone through this because I was the victim of identity theft. Contact the 3 bureaus via internet or phone and put a fraud alert on your credit report. Next, contact the company that you need to dispute. Call any phone number you can find and tell them that the debt in question is not yours. They will tell you where to go from there. Good luck.
