I have seen someone called about a debt for 20k for a house they bought sometime in the 1980s. This person would have been 11 at the time they took out the loan. They have no clue if the debt is yours. They have no paperwork. they will just try and scam you for money. This is not a legitimate agency and someday soon enough they will pay for their crimes.
