Send a letter CRRR to the CA,use the SOL letter from my website.

Donot use the "credit card" part.
Use this instead.
"Under State & Federal Statutes you have no legal claim on any delinquency arising from the repossession of the subject vehicle on --- (date of repo),
any continued collection activity from you or anyone else will be a violation of the FDCPA and State and Federal Statutes on attempted fraudulent extortion".

Send a copy of this letter to the original leder, together with this cover letter:

Sirs;
I am enclosing a copy of the letter sent this date to (collection agency) for the record.

I have been advised that under State and Federal Stautes and UCC§9, you may be held liable for the actions of your agent in this matter,and subject to additional penalties as allowed.

This notification is to allow you the opportunity to stop the illegal and fraudulent activities of your agent prior to any complaints and legal action filed against they and your Company."
