OK- "Lady" is correct- do not send the CRA a request for deletion as "obsolete".

It will come off your report 4/2005.

If the CA is reporting a balance due and the OC is reporting 0 balance, then the SOL letter will likely stop the CA reporting, but the balance due may be shifted back to the OC on the report.
