thanks. so if i understand correctly,the OC can show a balance due the CA who bought the acct can show a balance due and make it look as if i owe double. (just to make it clear )the OC is still showing a balance due but that the acct. was sold. in what cases do people send a SOL and follow up letter? thanks alot i appreciate your time
