I got your email but was on vacation at the time. I also really do not know much about them so I cannot help but I hope you nail them. That being said, personally I woulda taken the settlement if it was substantial. I have read thousands of forums who had CAs nailed to the wall and they came out with like $100. Judges are not consumer friendly. It is your call though.
