I personally have seen a number of attorneys about a consumer matter. The normal fee arrangement in consumer cases such as yours. You could expect an arrangement on a contingency fee of 50%. It looks like you know that these cases typically do not bring big awards. The standard of 33% attorneys most often charge just does not cover an attorneys time accompanied by the typical return. I live in Calif., have a Calif. consumer attorney and notice you pointed out that you did not want to end up with 10%. I'm not offering you my attorney, I see you have been given a reference. I'm addressing your concern to money and attorneys fee. These cases are not looked at by the courts as if it is a train reck.
