Sure, there is no "debtor's prison" anymore. However, you say you claimed bankruptcy once and now you have cc bills again? Obviously, you cannot manage your own financial well-being enough to stop using credit. Yah, stop paying them...then who are you going to run to for credit when you want to make a purchase? Take some responsibility and pay your bills.

Everyone is worried about unemployment rising, well people not paying their bills is one of the contributing factors that businesses need to outsource overseas to lower operating costs to stay in business. That takes jobs out of America.

Do you think you are the only person to ever think about just ignoring responsibility? Hardly. It goes on everyday by millions of people.
