If the OC is showing a balance and it's past Sol. for legal action, can you send Y-chat's Sol letter to the OC? Mimi said collector is showing also. Can she send Sol. letter to collector? Will item be removed, or just balance removed?

You stated it remains on until 7-2005. If it's been 4 years, and a balance is being reported will the letter work? Will the entry be deleted? Or, just get balanced removed?
