Northland IS Sherman Asskissitions !! In a convoluted corporate shuffling, Northand is either a subsidiary, DBA, or sister company to Sherman. All they did was pull a quick shuffle of the debt, they probably didn't actually "SELL" anything. If anything, it was a paper-only transaction to put the debt under Northland's name.
