They stole your car. Sue them, report this to the police. Tell your physician of the distress, humiliation, damage to your good name as result of the willful behavior of these moronic kleptomaniacs. Start tallying all the costs incurred as result of the loss of use of the vehicle. Rent a copy of "repo man", the classic cult film from 1984 to do with repo men, fears of a post nuclear holocaust society, and ufo's. You will glean insight into the nature of the beast, all the while bearing in mind that different from real life, the characters in the film are actually sympatico. And these gusanos are not, they stole your property. They caused you moderate distress, in medical parlance. Go after them. Communicate ever so tenderly to them that to play with you will waste their time, cost them money, bring governmental trouble. It's the only thing predators understand - the return punch.
