I never disputed the fact that I owe the money. I'm not an idiot. My dipute is the fact that they had a higher offer for purchase on the table at the time of repossession. They CHOSE to reject the offer, which was for the fair market value of the car and then sold it at auction for less half of the offer that was made to the bank. This was an official offer sent to my bank from the bank of the person attempting to make the purchase. I did not know that the offer was made to my bank until the person who was trying to purchase the vehicle (a friend of mine) called me and told me that my bank rejected their offer. As of now the case is being handled by a lawyer beacuse not only do miltary families live by a higher moral standard they also get free leagal advice. It is truly unbecoming to accuse people of things when you don't have all the facts.
