SOME of the information is correct, but mostly NOT.

There are NO State or Federal laws prohibiting a CRA from reporting accurate information as to your status as an AU.

Once an account has defaulted your status as an AU cannot be removed from the OC records.

The ONLY time you can get ANY kind of correction is if the account holder declares BK, the CRA cannot put the "included in BK notation" on an AU account,so it usually is deleted.

The only successful case I have seen for a deletion was because the AU also filed against the account holder who purposefully added her as an AU to all his accounts prior to their divorce and his BK.
