No, This is the first contact I've had with the collection lawyer. The identity theft is plausible, as my ex wife opened the account, filled out the application and later transferred the balances from her cards to mine. The latter was done over the phone by her, not me. I would like them to produce the phone record of the transfer and voice recording.
