under the FDCPA section 809 (b) all collection and 15 U.S.C.section 1692-G (B) agency have to validate a debt if they continue to collection activty file for judgements call or write u they have violated fed law and u can sure them in small calims for the viloation it violation costs them $1000.00 i did this to this lawyer and he settled out of court for 1k
