Why Chat....Update on my kids...and HELP!!

The kids went to see an attorney today in regard to the lawsuit and 1099c issue posted in the early July archives. They atty stated she knew nothing of this kind of thing, and said she has an atty friend in town who does this for "creditors". She is going to contact him and see what he might be willing to do. I copied the lawsuit link you sent why chat, and the NACA attys we contacted by email didn't want a thing to do with them.
HELP!!
