There is a link on my site,"How To Answer A SOL Lawsuit". You can use the "answer" form from that, just deny the claim (if you do not deny the claim they can get a summary judgment) Under affirmative defense, state "lack of jurisdiction, and inconvenient venue, as I am a resident of (give your current State).

Obviously, you will not file a notice of appearance. Make sure you get this done RIGHT AWAY, and overnight mail it to the Court.as well as faxing.
