1-800-425-0006 given by Experian Credit. This number referred me to 866-877-0008. I thought any AT&T account I had was closed and paid in full. I spoke with a representative with collection agency, who was uncooperative, stating I could not get a valid letter stating this account was open with the amount owed (including added interest accrued over the years)and repayment terms. I was told to pay it and then I would get a letter.
