Why Chat, what is the significance of the last payment including "late" or "past due fees?"
I had a CC that I paid late and past due fees on from 1994 until it finally charged off in 1999. I have a feeling that there is a possiblity it may not have been re-aged according to the FDIC regulations. Has you run across this before? Is there any recourse?
