I would suggest you see a lawyer and have a legal notification sent to all the credit card companies and to the credit reporting agencies and recorded, that after a date certain you are not responsible for any of her bills that you have not given your signed approval to.You might also see if you can put a freeze legally on her credit by having her declared incompetant.
