if i don't pay them, some of these creeps will try and sue me. the debts are valid, insomuch as i was really in a hospital for 3 months and got behind on some credit cards and medical bills. so you're saying that paying off my debts will do absolutely nothing to help my credit? the only way to help my credit is to send denials to the CRAs and just hope stuff gets deleted on a technicality? is that all i can do? if paying off your debts doesnt help your credit score, then what the HELL is my credit score measuring?
