I'm in CA. Discover charged off 11/96, but I've received letters from NCO and Northland beginning in 2000. Citibank, DOLA 3/98 - Cavalry just started phoning in 1/03.

Both OCs let the SOL go right by. I didn't even respond to the letters/calls. The more time they waste on me, the less time they have to pursue someone else.
