First make sure they were included in the BK. If they were then it is against the law for them to try to collect on the debt. If you didn't include them you may still do so as long as the debt happened before you filed and you didn't continue using the creditor..ie credit card whatever, after you filed. If you did list them, you used an attorney to file the BK, and they are still harrassing you...it is your attorneys job to tell them to stop..notify him/her. If you didn't use an attorney..just send them a certified mail with your case number and a copy of your paperwork showing them listed (you can black out the other creditors).
