Hello all, Yesterday, I posted a thread called Speakeasy DSL and Merchants Credit Association. I realize it was a little long, but I had to include all relevant facts. However, I really DID pose questions that I need answers to...and all I got was somebody telling me that I should quit "coddling" my ex boyfriend. Would some of the more experienced posters on this board please, please address my questions for me? I have, as I said, received a written threat from a two-bit CA stating they'll "take further action" on a debt that is not mine within ten days and I need to know how to proceed very carefully from here.
