Technically the CA is right. While it'll take much longer than just the remaining 10 days to GET the judgment, IF they file the lawsuit before the 31st, you're screwed because they made it under the SOL wire.

NEVER, NEVER mention SOL to a slime CA unless you're sending them a cease and desist letter AFTER the SOL has expired !
