No. They have to sue you first, get the summons served (which CAN take months), then give you time to file your Answer to their complaint - typically 20-30 days depending on state law. Then it has to get to the court calendar.. it could take months.

BUT, IT DOESN'T MATTER ! All they HAVE to do before 7/31 is FILE the lawsuit with the court - and you're toast.
