whychat, i have looked at your site. i could not find the "how to answer sol" can you give me a link to your web site again maybe i am not looking in the right place. i am sorry, i really am not dumb :) ,I will overnight it to capital one and the courts.is only faxing it not covering my butt. i really am thankful for all the help. o one more thing. you told me to deny, how do i do that because the card was mine and would that be lying in a court of law. they have my account, it is not a CA that has it. I am confussed about that. THANKS IN ADVANCE
