Credit Report Confusing

Just got my credit report online from Equifax. It is a 3n1 deal where all three agencies showed up..Equifax,Experian and Trans Union..I'm confused as to what I need to look at to determine SOL...It shows "date opened" then it shows "date reported" then balance, high, low, etc...on all of my delinquent accounts, they are showing activity in July 03 for the "date reported". In looking at the help guide, the explanation says that "date reported" includes "payments, billings, etc."..I know i haven't paid and I haven't received any billings so what is causing the "date reported" to be so current? and does this date affect my SOL?
