I also live in Dallas and have been threatened with lawsuit by a lawyer in Houston that says he's representing CitiBank. Wld like to hear how this plays out for you with the advice given above. I'll look to see who the lawyer in Houston is. Our debt is about $6000, is yours a lot higher or lower?
