They're not just racking up FDCPA violations, they're ripping the law to shreds !!!

Unfortunately, they CAN sue within the 30 days, and if you DO demand validation, they MUST produce it and stay the lawsuit until they DO produce it.

SOL on credit cards in GA is 4 years, so you need to find out the date of last activity on this account ASAP.

Send these morons a validation demand immediately, and send it certified, RRR. Be specific in what they are to produce - a full accounting of the alleged balance owed - from day 1 of the account, and a copy of the agreement with your signature on it. Per the Wollman FTC letter and Spear v. Brennan, without both of these things validation is not complete.

You've got enough for a cross-complaint for FDCPA violations for sure.
