You send them the next letter :
"Your pathetic attempt at validation is inadequate and not even CLOSE to what is required per the FTC Wollman opinion and the Spears v. Brennan case"

You attach a copy of Wollman with the appropriate text highlighted and you attach a copy of Spears v. Brennan highlighted the same way. Then you give them 15 days to produce it or remove any and all entries from your credit report and get lost !

Has the account been marked as 'in dispute' on your reports ? If not, they're violating the FCRA as well!
