I could use some advise on what to do, I am being sued by Citi bank for over $14,000.00 (charges actually about 9,000.00) I called the lawyers that sent the summons to make payment arrangements and was told to send $500.00 now and $4200.00 next month and $500 thereafter until paid. I can't afford that I was willing to pay $250 a month and $2000.00 each year additional with my tax refund until paid, they said this would not stop the judgment on me and they would garnish my wages, I make $800 every two weeks, I live in New Jersey.....any advise...
