You can do all of your disputes online. Simply dispute the tradeline reporting as not mine. The CRA's will contact the OC or CA to verify that the account is reporting correctly. An SOL doesn't get an account off of your CR's. A dispute with the CRA's might get it off,that's our goal here, but a negative account can be reported on your CR's for 7 years.
