It's about as legal as is anything else in this new era of predatory capitalism. They are just throwing some boilerplate bullshale at you in hope you'll get scared and knuckle under to their sleazebag demands. Sounds as if the more these people write you, the more violations they'll rack up. Typical. Kick 'em in the 'nads, as Beavis & Butthead say.
