Great, stay in touch. Yes indeed, many things aggravate these puke puddles. A consumer who sounds as if they clearly know their rights and protections and who demonstrate no fear of judicial process really irks these dopes.
And surely, one phrase they truly hate is "I'm filing BK." Even more fun, let them waste money filing the suit, go a few round$ with them in court - hey, they are lawyers and time i$ money - and then file BK. Let them know that. Bums.
