Down here in Florida the stench from these thugs was more than the legislature could ignore, such was the audacity of their abusive practices. So the legislature 'fixed' things by mandating that people in trouble with these companies or even some considering trading with them first go to 'debt counseling' services. No doubt these are all run by the half-wit in-laws of the payday loan crooks. Nice crowd.
