I have not filed my answer re: lawsuit yet. I have until +/- August 16. Don't know what notice of appearance is. I am not beyond SOL. Our laws here will not let me file a countersuit until I file my answer.

Got another message from the CA today. CA is giving me until 11 AM tomorrow (less than 24 hours) to call them to try to settle before they hire an attorney. They say that once they hire an attorney any attempt to settle is out of the question. Local laws allow for mediation before it goes to the judge.

They apparently have not received my DV letter or at least the PO is not showing the complete tracking info yet.
