I've been trying to help my sister and have showed her all of your responses to my CCCS and SOL questions and she's still not getting it. So, in a nutshell, when you join a CCCS and the OC then CLOSES your account, the SOL for law suit count down starts there. No matter how many payments you make to CCCS after that, even if they're reporting you as current, because it is no longer an "active" account. Correct? (if it matters, we're in TX) Thanks again.
